A note on your data

JobLink is a research prototype developed under the NUS-ISS Master of Technology in Digital Leadership, in collaboration with Workforce Singapore. It is not a commercial service.
What we collect
When you use JobLink, we collect your name, email address, resume, and the responses you provide during assessments. If you are an employer, we collect your name, email, and company details.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to power your experience on JobLink — to evaluate applications, generate assessment scores, and share your signal report with the employer you applied to. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
AI scoring
Your written assessment responses are analysed by AI to generate scores and summaries. This is automated — no human reads your responses as part of the scoring process. AI scores are one input for employers and are not a final hiring decision.
Who sees your data
Your resume and assessment results are shared only with the specific employer you applied to. No other employer can see your data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us below. We will respond within 10 business days.
