Role Overview
The Marcom Executive supports the planning and execution of marketing communications activities across Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with global strategy while adapting campaigns, content, and messaging to local market needs.
This role plays a key part in bridging business objectives with brand execution, delivering impactful campaigns, events, and content that drive lead generation and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Marketing Support
Execute regional and local marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Support campaign planning, scheduling, and rollout based on business priorities
Adapt global campaigns to SEA market requirements
2. Content Creation & Brand Communications
Develop marketing content (social media, EDMs, brochures, website copy)
Ensure consistency with Phoenix Contact branding and CI guidelines
Support storytelling and positioning of products, solutions, and industries
3. Events & Marketing Activities
Support planning and execution of events (seminars, roadshows, exhibitions)
Coordinate logistics, invitations, registration, and on-site support
Track leads and support post-event follow-up campaigns
4. Digital Marketing & Channels
Manage digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing)
Support SEO, analytics tracking, and campaign performance monitoring
Execute digital initiatives aligned with regional strategy
5. Business & Sales Alignment
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Application teams
Gather input to align campaigns with key industries and customer needs
Support partner marketing and distribution initiatives
6. Marketing Operations & Reporting
Track campaign performance (leads, engagement, conversions)
Maintain marketing databases (CRM tools like Salesforce/Pardot)
Prepare reports and insights for management
Key Requirements
Experience
2–5 years in marketing communications, digital marketing, or related field
Experience in B2B or industrial marketing is an advantage
Exposure to campaign execution, events, or digital channels
Skills
Content creation (copywriting, basic design coordination)
Campaign and project execution
Digital marketing tools (e.g., CMS, CRM, social platforms)
Strong coordination and stakeholder management
Competencies
Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
Collaborative mindset across regional teams
Adaptability to global-local (HQ vs SEA) requirements
