Key Responsibilities Define and execute the enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud strategy aligned with business priorities and long-term technology vision. Lead large-scale transformation initiatives spanning cloud adoption, infrastructure modernisation, automation, platform engineering, and operational excellence. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, risks, and innovation opportunities. Provide executive oversight across cloud platforms, data centres, networks, workplace technology, platform services, and technology operations. Ensure enterprise platforms deliver the highest standards of availability, scalability, security, and performance. Drive technology standardisation, governance, and continuous improvement across the infrastructure landscape. Establish a world-class operating model focused on service reliability, resilience, automation, and customer experience. Oversee technology resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident management capabilities. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and risk management requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous. 15+ years of technology leadership experience, including responsibility for large-scale infrastructure and cloud environments. Proven experience leading large organisations and managing substantial technology budgets. Strong track record delivering enterprise-wide cloud transformation, infrastructure modernisation, and operational excellence initiatives. Experience operating within complex, highly regulated, or mission-critical environments. Exceptional executive stakeholder management, leadership, and organisational transformation capabilities.
