Senior/BIM Manager CPG Consultants is seeking a highly motivated Senior/BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation, digital delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination across major building and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Lead BIM implementation and digital delivery across projects. Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), BIM standards, workflows, and project protocols. Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure successful project delivery. Manage clash detection, model federation, model quality assurance, and BIM coordination meetings. Provide guidance and mentorship to BIM Coordinators and BIM Modellers. Support Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), ISO 19650, CORENET X, and digital transformation initiatives. Ensure compliance with client BIM requirements, regulatory standards, and company BIM procedures. Collaborate with project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and authorities throughout project lifecycles. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in BIM processes and digital workflows. Requirements Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM Management experience. Strong knowledge of BIM standards, BIM Execution Planning, clash coordination, and digital delivery. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and related BIM platforms. Experience managing multidisciplinary BIM projects. Familiarity with Singapore BIM requirements, ISO 19650, IDD, and CORENET X initiatives will be an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent certification. buildingSMART Professional Certification.
