Chief Technology Officer

Full job description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company’s technology strategy, development, and execution. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the organisation, driving innovation, and ensuring that technology initiatives align with business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and senior management team to strengthen the company’s technological capabilities and support sustainable growth in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals Lead and manage the engineering and technology teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions Oversee system architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of technology platforms Manage technology budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships Establish and enforce technology standards, policies, and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and business initiatives Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and data protection requirements (e.g. PDPA) Requirements At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in technology leadership roles, with prior experience as CTO, or similar Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies Proven track record in leading and scaling engineering teams and delivering complex technology solutions Experience in the technology sector (e.g. SaaS, fintech, AI, or digital platforms) preferred Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data governance practices Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
